The Rocky Mountain River Celebration is a non-profit sponsored annual event featuring films and presenters focused on raising public awareness of river, stream and water-use issues both in Colorado and worldwide.  The event is hosted in solidarity with the International Day of Action for Rivers which, this year, lands on Friday, March 14th.

This 2nd annual Rocky Mountain River Celebration will be at Upslope Brewing Company’s gorgeous new tap room. This year’s lineup features a handful of award-winning river-centric short films, several speakers on western water issues, live music, performance art, a prize drawing, food truck, Boulder’s finest emcee and, of course, delicious Upslope beer. Proceeds will go to The Environmental Group of Colorado (TEG) working to produce a new educational public radio program that will air weekly across Colorado. The subject for the radio show? What else besides western water issues and the rivers that feed our bodies and souls.
