Meet the 2020 / 2021 Volunteer TEG Board of Directors

Beverly Kurtz - President of the Board

Bev has been involved with TEG for many years as a concerned resident of the North Shore of Gross Reservoir. She has lived in Lakeshore Park for over 25 years. Bev retired from IBM in 2015 and redirected her Project Management and IT skills to helping with the fight against Denver Water's reservoir expansion plans.

Jennie Curtis - Board Treasurer

Jennie Curtis has lived on the north shore of Gross Reservoir since 2005. Jennie has been active in the opposition efforts against the proposed expansion of Gross Reservoir for over a decade. She enthusiastically joined the TEG board to support its leadership in the fight against expanding Gross Dam.

Tim Guenthner - Board Secretary

Tim is a North Shore resident. As a retired IBM IT Architect he has time to be actively involved in the Save Boulder County Campaign - when he's not busy with his German Shepherd Dog, Sabrina!

Josh King - Board Director

Josh lives in Boulder and recently graduated from the Masters of the Environment graduate program at CU Boulder focusing on environmental policy. He is employed at the National Renewable Energy Lab in Golden.

Meet the folks who make it all happen! We see big potential in empowering local residents to voice their concerns to protect our environment. This unique group of volunteers serve on the TEG Board with passion and skill. Our leadership team reflects the environmental protection concerns of those in Coal Creek Canyon, the North Shore of Gross Reservoir, and surrounding areas.

This Board of Directors was voted and sworn in June 2020.
